Drivers (Box truck / similar to a U-haul)
- Drive trucks to band room prior to 2:30pm to be loaded for practices on Tuesdays and Thursday's as well as game day Friday's
- Drive trucks to stadium on Tuesdays and Thursday's for practice at 5:30, then return to the band room at 9:00pm.
- Drive trucks to stadium on Friday night football games by 6:00pm and at the conclusion of the game.
- Drive truck with prop, uniforms, etc to Saturday competitions.
- 1-2 drivers needed each night. (The more drivers available the less times they will need to drive.)
- You will need to be fingerprinted- it can be done by appointment, free of charge through Human Resources at the District Office.
- ***Must submit volunteer/driver application when completed to Mr. Ingrande (who turns it in to Mr. Perez)- takes time 4-6 weeks typically to process.
- Need proof of insurance, DMV print-out & copy of license

- Coordinate one of the team fundraisers - be the team lead on 1 event
- Look for new (high profit) fundraisers that can raise good funds
- Work with Booster team by getting all necessary information regarding the fundraiser, how it works, requirements, date of event
Food Preparation Crew
- Assist in setting up competition site prior to meal.
- Prepare a preselected meal at competitions for students using donations gathered from band members. (Meals are served around competition schedule, which varies greatly from competition to competition. Some days students need 1 meal, others they need 3. Meals are served with a minimum of sweets in preparation for the next performance.)
- Assist in serving meal and helping clean up meal and competition sight following meal service.
Parade Crew
- Assist students dressing and undressing for parades.
- Inspect uniforms, helmets and shoes for cleanliness and proper fit.
- Assist students with hair, must be tucked under helmets.
- Assist with water and other needs along parade route.
Pit Crew
- Assist pit carry/push instruments on and off the field during football games and competitions.
- Maintain a professional, undistracting demeanor while assisting.
- Usually 8-10 parents needed for each event.
Prop Crew
- Assist with building props for show.
- Assist with loading and assembling prop as needed.
- Assist guard and band carry props on and off the field during football games and competitions.
Uniform Assistance Crew
- Assist students dressing and undressing at Friday night football games in the band room at call time. Be available to help with dressing, putting on helmets, hanging uniforms, fixing buttons, checking socks and gloves, etc.
- Assist students dressing and undressing at Saturday competitions. Be available to help with dressing, putting on helmets, hanging uniforms, fixing buttons, checking socks and gloves, etc.
